Since the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), everyone has been affected in a number of different ways. We analysed quotes taken from people responding to life since COVID-19 across a diverse range of employment contracts and sectors.

Presented below is a visualisation of the recurring thoughts, feelings and emotions emerging from the quotes.

At present (and in accordance with government advice), it is of paramount importance for people to stay at home as much as possible to reduce the spread of the virus, reduce the demand on health and social care services and ensure the most vulnerable are able to receive the care they need.

While this unprecedented challenge has immediate implications, we are aware that there will also be medium and long-term implications — many of which are highlighted in the visualisation.

By identifying emerging areas of concern, we hope that this can aid in helping efforts to effectively address how best to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, in the short, medium and longer term.
